On Wednesday, July 8 at 2 pm, Dr. Schweitzer and I will be doing free sports physicals in the DHS Nurses Office for high school athletes only. Due to the current pandemic and policies that must be followed, please read below and let me know if there are any questions.
Students MUST sign up ahead of time for a time slot that day through my email ([email protected]). It will be first come, first served basis. If they do not sign up, they cannot participate. They MUST wear a face mask and maintain social distancing policies while in the school. They must come alone, no groups or extra people. Anyone NOT getting a physical will have to wait outside.
Please have students check to see if/when their physical actually expires. I can look that up quickly on powerschool. If they do NOT expire before November, they can wait for the next physical clinic (usually in November) to get theirs done. If you have a roster that you want me to check, please forward it to me asap so I can update it.
Have your athletes email me if: they need to check physical date OR to schedule a time for July 8.
I will do my best to get everyone done that day.
