Hello Derby High School Families,
Below is a summary of the DHS attendance procedures that will be implemented as of April 1, 2020.
DHS Attendance Procedures:
During the distance learning period, daily student attendance will be taken using Google classroom. Attendance specific classrooms have been created for each grade level. Students should join their respective grade level classroom and check-in daily (Monday through Friday). The attendance classroom codes are below:
Grade 9: wr77wso
Grade 10: j4sgsvw
Grade 11: r5azmlt
Grade 12: klpi3p3
Students will need to complete the Google attendance form once daily (Monday through Friday). Students will have until 11:59 pm to check-in for the day. All attendance data will then be uploaded into PowerSchool under the “homeroom” period.
